Jyothi Kiran Hoskere was introduced to Yoga by her parents when she was 5 years old. In January 2021, she completed the Advanced Studies Program under Kate Coughlin and Jim Coughlin. She is now a 200-hour RYT. She attends yoga class every day and also maintains a solid home practice. Jyothi feels ever grateful for the transformative power of Yoga. Over the years, she has developed a deeper understanding of how the body and mind respond to well-aligned Asana practice. Jyothi offers Iyengar-Yoga, which focuses on alignment and enhancing strength.
